With the advent of digital india programme and focus on multimodal delivery of citizen services, the "Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW)" are developed by National Informatics Center, GOI to bring uniformity and standardization in the quality of content & user interface and to enhance the overall usability and accessibility of the websites. GIGW ensures that a website is user centric, usable, and universally accessible at all stages starting from launch, continuing during its operation and maintenance.
We ensure that our websites confirm to the GIGW Compliance metrics, an exhaustive checklist of 115 mandatory guidelines/checkpoints. The websites are further audited and certified by Standardization, Testing and Quality Certification (STQC), an organization under the Department of Information Technology, Government of India.
